It's a pretty basic question and I don't think anyone meant any disrespect but it scares people because if you don't know that, then you should still be paper trading or you will lose your money fast. Probably good idea to read up on Level 2. Although it's kind of like reading tea leaves because Market Makers have Level 3 and we don't, you'll still get a better sense of what is going on which should help you make better trading decisions.
