The CEO's blue boots and 'wet head' style suggests that he considers himself outside of the mainstream so the 'hinting' on Twitter may also be an attempt to match the 140 characters or less 'cleverness' of other Twitter users.

But, I agree. If he is going to drop hints on the company's social media pages, he should follow up with the details in a press release.

CEOs shouldn't tweet if they don't mean it. Culbreth should stop acting like a tweenie on twitter and mean what he says.
