Good post and I agree with everything except #4. ISRG will defend this space regardless of merit, but it should not frighten anyone interested in buying or holding long on Titan.

Moreover, I had mentioned in a previous post that when Amadeus was being developed the prospectus contained language that clearly spelled out that Titan had "not" done any market research to assure that their technology would not infringe on existing marketplace technology. Amadeus was shelved as we all know. I haven't seen that language associated in the prospectus or MD&A with SPORT. My point is that as vast as ISRG's IP portfolio is, there can be no guarantee that law suits will not be filed with or without merit. That's the whole purpose of complex and lengthy patents.
