Where is this stated Publicly?

I'm a skeptic of anything kaye say but its not insider info. He said that there will be news in october. Then he just restated that verizon is a partner and is working with them. There's no details about verizon beside what we all have been hearing. The fact that he called back is more exciting then anything.

Where is this information provided publiclly that Verizon is a partner with ECDC? Is there any info that ECDC sent the SEC that states they are partnered together? An alleged phone call....sure he called. So Kay doesn't make any public statements via a CEO newsletters, Press Releases or SEC 8K filings he just allegedly makes phone calls to dispenses this information.

Why not share this information with the SEC and the public. If i am alleged getting phone calls about unannounced upcoming events...isn't this insider information? Or just a CEO tactic to try and sell more shares to possibly keep his financiers from breathing down his neck?

Why can't Kayode/CEO create an account here so that he can answer Real Questions and share upcoming news. Why does he possibly need to do these alleged private one on one phone calls. Something isn't adding up here.
