It is simple to do. Just search SEC 13d and download form. Form comes with all instructions to fill out. Not hard. Make 5 copies of forms and send or fax to SEC. They will notify Big Tree Toy and also post your transaction as insider Buy or Sell, each time you make transaction after that you must send in ammendments within 10 days following the settlement date of transactions. So everyone knows 5% of 22m is 1.1m shares. My shares are yet to settle yet and I may be adding to them, but I'm looking forward to being and insider and the information and votes I will be entitled to. GLTA here.
