Nola Masterson joining the board of HEPI is "worthless" and should not be made know to the shareholders and investing community ?
By "help the stock" clearly you mean boost the stock price as does everyone else around here. If you value this company based on stock price, you are missing the boat completely and its clearly evidenced by all the shallow comments posted here.
Nothing happened when John Payne joined the board either eh ??? (if the news is so great, why didn't the stock go up ?? ROFLMAO ..... sounds like a question a child might ask a parent) Funny, HEPI landed a collaboration with Zoetis less than 6 months after he came on board. Coincidence ??? Doubt it. Folks here really think HEPI lands ZTS without Payne ???? C'mon ..... really ?
Don't think Nola Masterson is well known in the science community and has many contacts ??? And her knowledge and contacts WON'T help the stock (at some point in the future) ??? Has to help the stock immediately today ?? Pretty shortsighted don't ya think ??? Hey ... stock was up almost 10% yesterday .... not a peep about that ......
It is hilarious the value of ANYTHING associated with HEPI is solely based on the stock price or its reactions to some piece of news or filing. Is that how you people value a company ?? If it is ...... wow ..... and all that would happen is the stock would fall back in a few days ..... and we'd get the "head fake" BS comments.
And the headline should have read:
"Biotech Pioneer Nola Masterson joins Board of Health Enhancement Products".
When that comes across the news headline ...... those that know who Nola Masterson is would be very likely take a look. The headline that was written is worthless junk.
- HEPI's company name isn't even complete in the headline.
- Masterson not mentioned.
- Who gives a chit that some unnamed person is being added to the board before annual meeting. That is totally irrelevant.
- And no quote from Masterson .... easy opportunity for shareholders to hear why she joined the board of a company that most everyone here thinks is any number of negative adjectives. There are no other real opportunities to have a director quoted.
If PR company was consulted on this .... they should be fired.
Bottom line, COMPANIES ARE BUILT. THEY DO NOT JUST HAPPEN ONE DAY. CLEARLY SOMETHING IS BEING BUILT ..... THAT INCLUDES A BOARD OF DIRECTORS THAT HAS EXPERIENCE AT THE EXECUTIVE LEVELS OF COMPANIES IN THE TARGET MARKETS.
