Again, misplaced analysis imo- the new Iraq acts far faster and even acts like a democracy. The analysis below is based more on the on inaction Iraq dictatorship where in theory things should have been able to move at incredible speeds but did not. It is never easy getting a consensus but Iraq has moved amazingly fast in the last year imo. Compare that to the previous TEN years!
