Wrong. The SEC did not suspend PHOT for the actions of the MR group. The SEC suspended PHOT for securities fraud stemming from inadequate public information and manipulation of their common stock.

The issue you refer to is totally disparate...

alright.. .but we already know that it wasn't PHOT's fault they got halted.. You had a group of unauthorized parties manipulating the stock which resulted in a halt.. I think the SEC is a bunch of crooks the actually damage investors portfolios..
