They have been working on replacing the 10K note that Iran has been counterfeiting for a long time.

Hence, I am not sure that you can deduce that means no change in rate.

All i can say remember this is the same person who deduced Maliki for sure - LOL

I give NO CREDIBILITY to any guru who failed so miserably at that analysis!

I even saw that if Maliki got a 3rd term Iraq would be no more (as we know it as it would split apart)

When my time on earth is gone, and my activities here are passed, I want they bury me upside down, and my critics can kiss my ass!
