LLOLs.I've been to Las Vegas a few times, more then you,and you say you live there!!.
I've read the minutes, all the minutes, more times than you have, and ever will P.C.!!.

I never said it was the 2nd addendum that wasn't signed, you did!!.

The court/Judge Ellsworth pointed that issue out with the Defendants ex lead attorney Mr.Keiger, when asked, and his reply was "Well your honor it,could of happen"

You want to talk about going to jail;Okay!!.What took place during that time period, was “securities fraud offense” and it begins tolling when the fraud occurs, not when it is discovered. That information is all-over the internet,as far back as 1993 with all the talk from the Defendants, selling a stock, that was dormant, for their own capital gain!!.

The Nevada crime of fraud is deliberately misrepresenting yourself with the intent to receive benefits.Penalties, prison and astronomical fines.

Also,as point out by the court/Judge Ellsworth beginning in 2000 Nonetheless, it certainly demonstrates that Plaintiffs had actual knowledge of Defendants allegedly wrongful acquisition of the intellectual property as far back as 2000. Allegedly wrongful acquisition means:By all accounts,it probably took place!!.

Then, there's this issue, underoath "Defendants maintained a public website where it was publicly known since at least 2003 that they were developing the fractal compression technology Plaintiffs purportedly believe was theirs".This IS NOT true whatsoever,at best that website was up and running between the years of 2003-2007 then it quickly changed to the Dimension,Inc website, that was private, and only seen by the few,and not for all, to see what was being developed...That's Perjury, which is a criminal offense of lying under oath...

Lying under oath is a felony in Nevada. Penalties could include prison, fines, and a criminal record that may deter future potential employers.

Mr.Kitasaki is a SEC attorney,so NO ,NOT end of story!!. On the contrary, this story has just began, and has a solid foundation to proceed with disciplinary action against the named defendants, which include Conversion, Defamation of Title, Misappropriation of Trade Secrets, Intentional Interference with Contract, and Unfair Competition!!.

TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!.
