Smart money knows how to look behind the curtain. Like the potential for the FDA to step right up and authorize a full designation for Brilacidin. One of mine did just that yesterday (though not an otc). So it's not necessarily where the news is coming from, it's context, content and some deep due diligence. The visibility we already have with big pharma it's more of a waiting game, and some of that wait is almost over. B unblinding and up-listing will give the big pharmas more ability? to voice their interest publically about Cellceutix imo which may help give the umph your speaking of. Don't take this the wrong way, I totally get where you're coming from.
