Next leg? Imo not until purchase contracts are obtained and/or financial commitment is permanent and under contract to construct this thing. Per S1 another investor on here established eta finalizing construction cost/purchase contracts and financing commitment looking aug 2015.

Hoping that more shares don't hit market drive pps down big time at best long road ahead of us as this thing is stagnant
