Angel/Moffitt seem to be letting RIGH die on the vine, as Moffitt did with his Kelso Office Services, and Angel did with RIGH in Nevada, when he secretly re-filed in Wyoming ONE YEAR AGO THIS MONTH, and underhandedly increased The Authorized Shares from 5 Billion to 30 Billion with the swipe of a pen.

There's no legitimate reason for RIGH to allow this to happen to the RIGH Wyoming state filing. But it is.

Angel would only need to file an annual report with Wyoming, and pay a nominal fee. But he hasn't....

Hey, Angel IS the entire Board of Directors of RIGH- he can do as he pleases.

Wonder where RIGH will re-surface this time....
