To raise capital, TPIV has to be able to show its ability to protect its technology. The company need to address this with the investment community. Why would even an individual investor want to invest in a company without patents or with very weak or short on time patents? Does Dr Jefferies have same or very similiar compounds as TPIV in his BiOASIS company?
