You are right. There was good news and the stock was rising then BANG it was announced the CEO was being issued 2 million shares then BANG it was announced around 8 million shares would be sold for 10 cents a share to institutional investors. Also there were other negative statements in that filing. We need a run of good news. Here is some. I bought the water at Winn Dixie at my home town of Madison FL today. Winn Dixie is a large grocery chain in the South East. This company is real.
