The latter's repeated use of the industry's latest chip fabrication techniques and performance-driven designs have collectively had a grueling impact on AMD. But the chipmaker's upcoming ARM-based (NASDAQ: ARMH) Seattle server chips, slated for a year-end mass release, could turn the tables around for AMD.
