The fact that IFUS is allowed to skirt reporting to the SEC does not mean that IFUS has no duty to report to the OTC. Nor is it in any way an endorsement by the SEC to shareholders that IFUS is sound investment.

BTW, we'll see how much longer the SEC allows IFUS to have non-reporting status; since they now far exceed the allowable # of investors for non-reporting status.
