I'd bet a lot of money that if the managements salaries were solely based on creating a profit for the company....this discussion wouldn't be taking place and this company would have either been profitable years ago or bankrupt.

The fact that they are living high on the hog off shareholders money for over a decade and still can't generate the slightest profit is proof of what I mean.

What makes Stemm,Gordon and the rest of the treasure hunting OH excuse me ....archaeological historians ,,,, think they can just lollygag along doing whatever the hell they want whenever they want without answering to anyone?

Triple digit salaries ...free shares given in abundance !!

Maybe a below average salary for insiders of say 50K a year(which isn't chicken feed for most people anyway) and no FREE shares until they show a profitable quarter ...as the profit rises so do their salaries and so do the shares they are gifted every year.

A person can dream can't he?

Why is it that given all the money they make the SOBs never actually pull out their own wallet and buy shares.....their purchases are always tied to gifting by the company as part of their salary and/or benefits

I'll tell you why..because they are lazy and know way ahead of time they won't see a G.D. profit.Their own actions speak volumes as to why the share price is where it is

They need to change things and Stemm stepping down is not necessarily a good thing

It actually I think has had the reverse effect they were counting on

Stemm stepping down could be sending the message that he doesn't want to go down with the ship and wants to put the blame on Gordon by the time it happens LOL!


I hope they can prove people wrong but lets face reality what Meson started wasn't necessarily a bad thing,,,,,,,,,,,,sure he's stretched some of his facts and suppositions but the meat of what he has been saying is true

OMEX has had so many backroom doubletalk deals that I can't even begin to count them all ,,,,,,,,,some call it "CREATIVE FINANCING"

I call it BS to get by for another year and continue collecting that cash to pay for that nice house ,car,kids college edumacations...wifes breastimplants etc.etc..
