Getting the big investor to invest without the warrants is big and hopefully sets the future standard(s). One would think this capital raise is all the $$ QS thinks he'll need to achieve positive cash flow, especially with the 3rd and 4th qtrs to come.

Let's hope he's under promising on YE revenues so he can beat!!
