Sure. As long as Treaty can find a poor unsuspecting investor they will continue to do stupid and unlawful things that cause them to be sued for hundreds of thousands of dollars. The proof is in all the lawsuits presently filed against them. Hope that helps you understand now although imo I think it was pretty self explanatory. CAUSE and EFFECT comes from 7th grade chemistry class.

And the short answer is Treaty is really, really stupid.
