Well, it looks like I made a mistake in my referenced post ...

"As it stands now, mobile and video are considered relatively small, single digit billions of dollars, and it, too, just like ADTM, are considered to be in the nascent stage. That's exactly the reason Mr. Shareef said ..."

Silly me, I forgot to add the $18 billion for mobile to the $6 billion for video which combined adds up to $24 billion in ad spend for 2014, or a double digit $ billion total ... and I try so hard to get things right. frown

Other than that, my post summarizing what the Media Graph adds to ADTM's now complete single platform seems to be in full agreement with the press release even though it described its attributes in more detail than I provided in general terms. I guess, too, that I could somehow have combined Embers's DSP with the Media Graph's CMP, because as we all know, the Media Graph is powered by Ember's technology ... oh, well !!

Also, I have to admit I was rather surprised by the positive reaction to today's press release by some here, especially when most people seem to believe that everything that Mr. Shareef says or announces in a press release must be just fluff and never anything of substance, and quite often indicating that the message is just more ole BS ... hmmmmm ??!!??

I'm still seeing concerns about dilution and revenues, and I'm not quite sure why. After all, Mr. Shareef clearly stated that he "anticipates doing $5-$7 million in 2014, the company's second full year of being in business."

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/11-000-online-video-ads-143000735.html

Furthermore, It seems some people are already concerned about more dilution. Knowing that Mr. Shareef said investors were willing to provide the capital required to get ADTM to cash flow positive, shouldn't we ask ourselves, why didn't he just ask for more money if he thought the $5.2 million dollars wasn't sufficient to take the Company to cash flow positive ?? Frankly, I don't anticipate Mr. Shareef finding it necessary to request more capital at all. It sure seems to me that $5.2 million would provide resources enough to generate the $3.2 to $5.2 million in revenues for the remainder of the year at least. Even if he did need more capital at some point, I don't think it will be anytime in the near future and certainly not at $2.25/share !!

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but for the first time ever the institution that provided the $4 million in exchange for the 1,777,778 ADTM shares did NOT request they be accompanied by an equal amount of warrants !! I hope this sets a precedence if per chance any further capital were to be required ... which I highly doubt, anyway.

So, this is the way it currently stands:

13,807,436 shares currently outstanding
779,046 options outstanding with an average exercise price of $2.89 ($.096 pre-split)
2,879,627 warrants outstanding with an average exercise price of $4.00 ($.133 pre-split)
__________

17,466,109 fully diluted shares
__________

So, shouldn't we once and for all now get this absurd notion of ADTM's share price falling to $1.50 ($.05 pre-split) and below out of the picture ?? After all, if it hasn't happened now after this latest round of DILUTION, does anyone really expect it to happen anytime else ?? It sure seem to me, now that the Company says ...

"As a company, we are now positioned financially and technically for explosive growth. This new capital will allow us to aggressively take our end-to-end multi-screen video solution to market. We have a proven technology and infrastructure to become a leader in the highly fragmented digital video and mobile space."

we should see only good news on the horizon. Frankly, this is the moment I have been waiting for ... the fun part is now beginning, and I'm sure glad I have a front row seat !!

Finally, if these recent events don't dispel once and for all the silly notion that ADTM is a scam, I don't know what would !! Adaptive Medias isn't and never was a scam ... and do you want to know why ??? ...

because this isn't the way scam companies behave, believe it or not.
