I use stockcharts which is one of the most accurate ones in the industry from what I know. Lot's of guys use stockcharts.com.

The thing is that there can be small variances from service provider to service provider because of the issue below:

"Taking the prior value plus the current value is a smoothing technique similar to that used in exponential moving average calculation. This also means that RSI values become more accurate as the calculation period extends. SharpCharts uses at least 250 data points prior to the starting date of any chart (assuming that much data exists) when calculating its RSI values. To exactly replicate our RSI numbers, a formula will need at least 250 data points"


The so called "smoothing" is the process as you know that yday's candle has more weight than the candle 12 days ago but various service providers have different amount of data points going back to the past which means a small difference in the smoothing values as described above.
