Disgusting what Greg has done here. Put the share holders thru a R/S of 1/5000 saying he had to do this to satisfy the banks for funding. Funding on what? A lighting company in Bahama--what a joke. Then promised that after the R/S he was going to take BFHJ to $2 to $5 per share--- another joke. What is it now .03 a share. Another joke. Now the company is either dark or defunct. No communications for what, 5 months now.
