Do you also remember that right after 911 when you watched the news you got news and not fluff. For awhile the lead story wasn't about Lindsay Lohan, the Kardashians, or Justin Bieber.

Now it's right back to where it was pre-911 because sadly that is what many people want to hear when they watch the news.

I think the media plays a very large part in the dysfunction of our political system.

There aren't too many news people these days where you don't know where he or she leans politically.

I want reporters to report the news, not try to sway me to one side or the other.
