We MAY have some problems with ESMG.

We MAY have complications as the acquisition of Iggy could be fake. LAWSUITS

Kinda sickening. But with every door close we try and open a new window. It would make sense why nearly ever track on Inizio has Hefe in it as well.. Maybe this is what will drive our MMJ even further by focusing more effort else where.

THR reports that Iggy Azalea is suing her ex-boyfriend, rapper Jefe Wine (real name Maurice Williams) for allegedly attempting to release some of Azalea's unreleased music. Williams is the same man who apparently filmed the alleged sex tape with Azalea. Previously, Azalea claimed on her Twitter account that a sex tape with her in it did not exist.

The lawsuit was filed on Wednesday (September 17) in a California federal court. Per the lawsuit, Azalea met Williams in March 2008 when she was 17 and living in a hotel in Houston, Texas. Williams apparently claimed to be a partner in an oil company and later helped Azalea (real name Amethyst Kelly) into an apartment. Azalea claims she did not know at the time that Williams was already married with children.

The lawsuit complaint says that Williams moved in with Azalea in Atlanta in 2009. There, he allegedly downloaded all of the contents of Azalea's personal computer along with some unreleased master recordings.

In July 2014, Wine Enterprises, Primco, ESMG, and Top Sail announced that they had "secured the rights" to release an EP by Azalea entitled Inizio. The press release had Williams saying, "We believe the merger will be monumental because the projects that we have coming down the pipeline are going to shock the world!"

According to Azalea, the music comes from her unreleased masters and is a violation of her copyright, trademark, name and likeness. Azalea also says the music comes from contents stolen from her personal computer. The lawsuit does not mention the alleged sex tape however. Previously, Williams is quoted as saying he had an agreement granting him exclusive rights to "manufacture, sell, distribute and advertise 'any' recording embodying visual images" of Azalea's. Azalea's legal complaint says Williams' agreement is a forgery.

Per the report, Azalea apparently signed an artist management agreement with Kareem Chapman and his firm. Azalea claims that Williams kept a copy of the agreement and changed it into "music recording and composition agreement" with forgeries performed by Williams. The lawsuit goes on to say the following: "The Forged Agreement contains tell-tale signs that it is not genuine. For example, it includes mismatched fonts on the signature page, paragraph numbers out of sequence, a signature line for 'Wine Enterprises, inc.' [sic] (rather than for an authorized agent), and provides, as an address for legal notices, the contact information of an attorney who had no prior knowledge of the Forged Agreement."
