I've to disagree with you.Alot of things have and did in fact occur people posted.I'm in the same boat as every other destroyed shareholder cause of Pfizer breach of contract.

I for one got this Pfizer ligation correct. No a summary judgement did not occur in 2013 but if you don't think that want occur I suggest you read the last court transcript regarding what Oing the judge stated on the record.

The court:There are sharp differences on that interpretation of the contract that convinces me its less of a stated cause of action and more right for Summary Judgement Motion later on in terms of interpreting the contract and wheater are not there is even ambiqutiy.Thats going to be later on to be fleshed out by the attorneys as we go along in this case.

Bottom line this breach caused catastropic damage to Intellect the company and to all shareholders.Thats exactly why we in this mess today.

We sure would have not ended up with this r/s that will occur at some point. We would have not lost a key sentist (Chain). The pipeline would have advanced and in this business 2 years is a life time.

Preferred holders lost about 18.5 million over 2 years.Common shareholders lost no telling how many millions.

If anyone does not think (We stopped using Ponezumab) is not a lie I just shake my head cause this makes it a factual lie!

Again I strongly disagree (and I mean anything) statement!
