Iterated's DFMI cert was never cancelled and Iterated discusses it in letters on file at the court in 2003. However, ALL DFI shares were cancelled in Sept 2000 and replaced with DFMI shares for all including Simpson and Haskins. Afterwards the accountant for both companies filed the year 2000 taxes and showed DFI as an empty shell with no shares or assets and DFMI as owner of the VDK 2.0 license. These are all undisputed facts even tmm does not deny. How DFI changes that story from 2000 to 2012 is all fantasy.
