One must NOT forget that Dr. Terrell did a warrant exchange and "INVESTED" more dollars into Cdex.
An accredited investor, a very educated doctor, and a person who is much in demand, as Dr. Terrell is, does NOT just invest dollars into a company for stock that he feels may NEVER be worth anything, imo.
Yes, I have a magic crystal ball, that told me Cdex would go get 5,000,000 from "someone". lol
I believe I guessed 1-3 million, and I did that based on my belief in Mr. Brumfield.
So let me get this straight, if Cdex gets $5,000,000 in funding from a bank, then the $5M is "FAKE", really ?
