Discussion of recent stock issuance was just presented earlier. Included is the questions asked of the TA, and the Email response from the TA.

Discussion of recent stock issuance

It's quite clear stock issuance occurred in the Feb-May period, and continued in the May-Aug period. It's misleading to claim the O/S stock issuance hasn't changed for months, as if none are being issued. The end result is a OS count of 531M given by the TA. Up from the 303M reported for the 28-Feb ending period, up from the 395M recently reported for the 31-May period.
