Then I challenge you to prove your assertion in terms of BYSD having stated officially they have and/or are mining Bitcoin.
Bayside Corp webpage suggests Bitcoinz USA.com had been mining bitcoins. Personally, I do not think they took over mining operations for the amount the paid to acquire Bitcoinz USA.com. As always, facts are needed vs assumptions...Also, please see the following additional article surrounding previous BYSD performance and schemes.
