Management Team –Industry Veterans
Management Investment –To the tune of 50,000,000 shares purchased with their own $
Product—It exists. I can touch it, see it, taste it. It’s not some future, hopeful product
Product Costs—From a formula standpoint we are basically selling filtered municipal water—that’s 98% of the product. No shortage of raw materials. No risk of formula costs skyrocketing. So limited investment and risk.
Sales Margins -- Healthy
Limited inventory needed. Very scalable. Pretty close to just-in-time inventory so little/no risk that we over- (or under-) produce
Overhead—Very little. All resources needed can be safely and reliably outsourced.
Product Category—It exists and competitive product has already established that there’s high consumer demand
Distributors—We have already contracted with some of the top beverage distributors in the country who are also investing in the company—so they have a vested, motivated interest in making the company successful
Retail Distribution Channels—There are existing channels of distribution that are well established, efficient and proven
Retail Sell in—We’ve contracted with the #1 Drug retailer in the country in a hot (literally and figuratively) retail market—Southern California
Expansion opportunities--Almost limitless retail distribution possibilities from small, independent convenience stores to big box
Pipeline—We have a product currently in retail that when successful will open the door to new products that already exist or are planned—not just a one-hit wonder.
R&D—Much of the investment has already been done. And future R&D costs are low. New products can be turned out quickly. It’s not nuclear fission we are trying to bottle.
