TOM611 - NO MERGER AT ALL

There will be no merger with SKTO or any other company.
This is particularly true now that both SKTO and AEGY got suspended by SEC with the help of FINRA. FINRA wil not approve corporate actons like that with suspension activity and with the investigation continuing.

It is also true there will be no merger now that SKTO has not filed timely financials and has not informed investors with notice of late filing.

As was mentioned before, AEGY and SKTO are basically tickers dying a slow death on the grey market.
