I have nothing to do with Superior, I've never met anyone in management, and I have absolutely no involvement in any communications, including Facebook, websites, etc. This is the only forum in which I have made any public comments.
I am not an SIOR shareholder, and I know absolutely nothing about relisting.
I am a Gushers investor, pure and simple. I do my own due diligence, and I don't work closely with anyone. I just call it as I see it.
I want to be successful in this investment, and for that to happen, apparently I have to share the results of my research to correct some misinterpretations.
The path forward for me to be successful is the same path for all Gushers and SIOR shareholders to be successful. At some point the path for SIOR will head off in a different direction, one that doesn't affect me, but we share the same beginning.
I can share with you some examples of Gushers' success. Stipulations for 12 and 13 were sent out in May. 12 had very few investors and stipulations were returned quickly. DO's from Devon followed almost immediately. Checks for production in 12 dating back to 10/2013 were issued in June and have been coming ever since. Stipulations for 13 took much longer, with more investors on board. When the last stipulation was finally executed in July, DO's for 13 were sent out by Devon almost immediately and the revenue dating back to 10/2013 was released by Devon in August. It's been nice to get revenue checks every month since June.
It will be even nicer for Devon to release revenue for 14, again dating back to 10/2013. All that is required is for all stipulations to be returned. Remember, this is Devon's requirement, and is necessary for sorting out the royalty interest. It has no effect on our 75% working interest.
