Just a quick question to you and the Good Guys - is there a specific requirement that the FDA publish upcoming publications in the Federal Register, the business day before, as they do at this site?

Or, can the FDA simply announce in the media, before a market opens, or after a close, so as to obviate any profiteering on publicly traded companies, such as BIEL?
