People need to go back and do the DD here. Company had big issues with convertible debt and has been flushing them out. CEO indicated three seperate debt companies and 2 are out and last of the third being flushed out now. He said end if month/beginning of October and all 3 should be done. Watching volume seems that the third one still has a few left but really slowed now. CEO also indicated that any PR would not come until all are done but does plan on PR's once they are out. He also told me no R/S plans at all but trust what you want in pinky land. Company is definitely viable, has an impressive website and good management. Also in a very hot sector with contracts on the books. I am loading here and waiting for a sharp reversal.
