Tullow: So ERHC, you always seem to be nearby...you've grown us. So are we correct in our understanding that ERHC has a ERHC Kenya arm, which might be up for sale for the right price?

ERHC: yup.

Tullow: Well, we like this big blob of oil and the 2D seismic. In fact we were one of the two teams on the ground and we triangulated stuff with CEPSA. So how about we offer you $3 bucks for your Kenya subsidiary...and we'll sweeten the deal too.

ERHC: how so?

Tullow: well, if the JDA ever finally parts with Sinopec so that Sinopec can skedaddle..we will want in on the JDZ ...and oh, we might be willing to pay you $4 or $5 bucks for that.

ERHC: oooooh, alright Tullow, NOW, you're cooking with some butter.

Tullow: and who knows...maybe we pick up some of your other subsidiaries too. You guys sure have a nose for properties.

ERHC: well Tullow, you have a nose for finding oil...so we appreciate that compliment.
