i'm in Canada and Etrade sold to Scotia Bank which is now Scotia iTrade, which sucks because they pull a stock in house when somethings happining
i'm going to phone Scotrade but i'm not sure if they take canadian.
i used to be at Options Express then a coupla years ago we all got the boot
and they plucked us into Vertual Brokers which doesn't do pennies well
