Ok, let's try this differently. So www.shortreport.com shows 2.6 million shares of USPR shorted in the last 30 days. Not to mention that FINRA, OTcmarkets.com and ihub all have the short interest for USPR at 56k.

Let's see. Unregulated website vs a regulatory body charged with maintaining order within the markets, the actual market that USPR trades on, and the website we all post on, all have the same 56k share number.

Yea, I'm going with the market guys.
