Hoping at some point division orders are issued by the end of year or sooner. Devon may have to send certified mail multiple times to resolve these minor issues if not 100% of the participants agree. Is there a forfeiture clause if you fail to respond? or a timely response clause? How come gushers are confused or think differently? Sound like they did not uunderstand their original agreement which should be recorded w county public records. Hope you make all your money back ASAP!
