The reason is easy-peasy. The ticker has been bleeding out. Large shareholders are tired of it.

Read the disclaimer at the bottom of the pump. The promoter was paid $10k. By third party shareholders who will probably liquidate, which may adversely affect the price, etc. Pretty standard.

I'm out before 10:00 tomorrow.
