Verizon is a big company. Unless deal is finalized no one will say it openly. One need to be smart enough to read between lines. No need for Verizon to participate in GAPT event for studentconnect if there is no interest in ECDC product studentconnect. This stock is for people who are willing to wait ECDC. For quick gains there are other options.
