I am sorry, but with about 100 million shares in the OS count, basic, 1.5 million shares cannot be viewed as "loading the boat". Several of us have that many in our petty cash drawer.

Yes those were "Form T" trades buy that does not prevent them from being involved in the YAGI dilution.

A form that FINRA requires brokers to use for reporting equity trades executed outside of normal market hours. Form T trades occur during extended hours - before the market opens and after it closes. The objective of the Form T reports is to maintain market transparency and integrity.


I laugh at the concept of "integrity" being used in the same sentence as YAGI.
