Hey jakane, I am a fellow invester in Gushers as well as a friend of JRT. I have aprox. 7,000,000 shares of Superior stock, as well as investing money in 14 & 23. I invested in the wells to help Superior get a carried working interest to help the stock to get trading again. I did not invest in anything with Cactus name on it. I am not signing any paperwork that gives Cactus anything. The operation cost of each well goes on each month, as well as the production. It has been a year since I put money in these wells. So not getting a check isn't going to matter right now.
Just so you know, over a year ago, I went to Superior office and talked to PP and TK(on the phone) and offered to give them the money to get the stock trading for more stock and got turned down by TK, as soon as I made the offer. I don't think that they will ever get the stock trading, because they have never cared, so I am not interested in helping the insiders get any money out of 14 & 23.
When you sign those Stipulations, you are agreeing that Cactus got half of Superior assets. Well, I don't agree with that. In fact, I think I am going to ask the SEC what they thing about these asset transfers( without proper discloser) in a securities product, which working interest in oil & gas wells are.
