SEO is in no way an executive of ERHC! He is a private investor. He just happens to be the largest shareholder and a past Chairman, which puts him under an electron microscope for any and all transactions. If I'm not mistaken, Offor hasn't bought *or* sold since I have owned shares... going on a decade now. SEO is handcuffed and likely can only sell, and that's only if it is a sale of the entire company and all shareholders benefit.

Because of his role as Chairman and appointer of the current Board, anything he does will be scrutinized completely.

People maintain anonymity for a reason and it is rarely noble.
