Why would buyer want to take this down to .0001 when management has already done that? Go back about 5 years. This was sitting at .30 cents. Then price slowly dropped while management added shares. Then when they drove it to .0001 they RS it to penny. They are just repeating the cycle hoping get the "get rich quick" suckers to bite.
