The patents have no commercial merit. That's why they generate no royalties.

I don't need to prove infringement of the REVO patents. But, if REVO can't prove those infringement then the patents aren't worth squat.

YOU described REVO as robbing Peter to pay Paul. I simply agreed with you. It perfectly describes a Ponzi scheme.

Carter and Ali, like Ponzi schemes, are neither erect nor viable.

Anyone who wants to, is free to ride the scam. It's a free society. But they shouldn't be indignant when the scam they're riding is exposed as "robbing Peter to pay Paul."
