ACX has yet to file a registration statement (S-1).

I am curious if you have checked all of the past press releases about mergers with both NOHO and ALZM.

I guess I have never seen anyone keep falling for the merger press release on these Hipple shells - you must like to get burned by Hipple.

I am going to bet that a S-1 involving NOHO/ALZM/Hipple never passes comments from the SEC.
