I don't think it's just PHOT. Everytime I have looked at a ticker in the MJ sector to invest in, it's the same old story. Lots of hype and little fundamental basis to own long term.

I admittedly missed the crazy momo's since 2012. That's about when I started looking for a play in the sector. I have seen none at all that make fundamental sense. And I have DD'ed dozens.

Bottom line, I think it was the players themselves that drove PHOT and other MJ sector stocks to stupid valuations. Yeah, some of the insiders used it to their advantage and I am sure banked big. But, at the end of the day. The momo's happened and now the ride is over for "most" MJ sector stocks. And longs need to accept it. Been there done that myself. Just part of investing on momo rather than fundamentals.

Just my opinion but, stick a fork in it. This pig is done. Sorry bag holders. That's just life in penny land.
