Belkin is technically in DEFAULT. VRNG's Status Report, IMO, either says we have settled with Belkin (which would have made Belkin have no need to file and Answer), OR VRNG blasts Belkin for being in Default and requests entry of Default. The entry of Default establishes liability against the Defendant. Federal Rule 55. IF Default not set aside then we move on to damages since liability would have already been taken care of. I just think there is an opportunity for a positive catalyst here. We'll know SOON.
