Listen up, people: Just because a stinky pinky mining company 'tells' you something does not make it true. They couch their breathless projections with caveat words designed to get them off the hook with the SEC. Mostly, they know the SEC is too busy to chase down all the scams, so they get away with it.

Just because a pink sheet company makes a statement, it is NOT guaranteed to be truthful! That seems basic, but so many people can't believe they are being misled. They swallow what they're told hook line and sinker.
